Thursday at 6:30 everyone is invited to share a potluck dinner and a movie together at the church. Hot drinks provided and everyone is welcome.

We are going caroling on December 16th! Come join us or we can come to your house to carol. Call 598-1112 if interested in hosting or singing.

December 12th at 6pm the women of Cooper Landing are invited to come together to enjoy making a Christmas centerpiece, snack on healthy foods that you don't have to make, and enjoy the time at Kenai Lake Baptist Church. We will be collecting items for gift bags for women who are being human trafficked -gloves, lip gloss, packaged snacks, shower gel, hair clips, homemade small gifts. Please call 598-1112 to say you are coming-need to have enough materials for everyone.

This Sunday, Sept. 11th we will celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ through the ordinance of communion. Please join us at 11am.

We will be having a potluck on Sept. 11th after Sunday services-come join us for fish, hamburgers or hotdogs. Side dishes of salads or desserts are welcome. It is on-rain or shine-let's hope for sunshine!

On June 26th- we plan to enjoy a potluck with the church providing hamburgers, hot dogs & ice cream at the picnic grove by Kenai Lake. Visitors are invited.

Sunday, June 19th is Father's Day. Come hear from the Bible about the role of fathering.

Easter Sunday is March 27th-join us for a 'sunrise' service on the lake by the church at 8am, a delicious breakfast of eggs, ham & hot cross buns at Cooper Landing Community Hall at 9:15 & a celebration of the Resurrection at 11am. All are welcome for these events and all children will get a special gift. If you ever wanted to understand why the Resurrection is important to you-come this day to the events.

This Sunday we begin a week that worldwide is called "Holy Week"-come join us to hear what that means on the 20th.

Come and celebrate the Lord's supper for the first time in 2016 with us at 11am. We are a fellowship that only requires faith in Christ for your participation in Communion.

Christmas Eve candlelight time at 7pm on December 24th. Come and sing with members of the community and enjoy the warmth of candles, hot cider & friends together for an hour.

We invite you to join us for a Christmas dinner of ham with all the trimmings on December 20th after the children's program. This is a welcome to all event at 11am. for the program and 1pm for the dinner at the church.

Women-Plan to join us at the church on Oct. 16th at 11am to 2pm -we will be making greetings cards with stamps & craft paper. Potluck lunch will be at 12:30. We need to know if you are coming to have enough paper and stamps. Call the church for RSVP or send a message here.

We are walking through the book of Romans-tomorrow is Romans chapter 6. Come join us at 11am.

Boy! Oh Boy! It's with a joyful heart that we welcome Luke Kristopher Osowiecki into our church family! He was born at 20 inches long, weighing 8.4 lbs, at Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna this morning at 8:00 a.m! Congratulations to Jonathan, Charlotte, and big brother Ethan!

Don't Forget that Daylight Savings Time ends tomorrow morning at 2:00 a.m! If you want to be on time to church tomorrow, set your clocks back an hour before you go to bed.
